In Those Shoes is back.

When we first launched the podcast, the idea was to go beyond job titles and hear more about the people behind LHi, the journeys they have been on, what they have learnt and the experiences that have shaped them along the way.

In Season One, James Westwood and Melissa Reid led those conversations.

For Season Two, they’re opening the interviewer’s chair up to the wider Talent Acquisition team, with Clint Mackenzie, Taylor Amato and Haley Grey joining them to lead their own episodes and bring a different perspective to the series.

Episode One brings the full team together to look back at Season One, introduce the conversations they’ll be taking on next and share why those are stories they want to tell.

What’s coming in Season Two?

This season, you’ll hear more voices from across LHi, with each conversation offering a different look at the people, experiences and ideas shaping our business today.

There’s also one question that will follow every guest through the season. Inspired by our Future You philosophy, we’ll ask:
