Job Description: We are seeking an additional Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our high-performing global Talent Acquisition function. This role is pivotal to support the growth of our US business. The Talent Acquisition Consultant will play a crucial part in our journey by making exceptional hires and driving our talent strategy forward.
Key Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Consultant:
- Hiring for Multiple Brands: Recruit for our four recruitment brands – Lawrence Harvey, Piper Maddox, SciPro, and Harper Harrison – across our US locations: New York, Miami, Austin, and LA.
- Internal Recruitment Support: Assist with internal recruitment in other locations such as London, Bristol, Berlin, Manchester, and Munich, as needed.
- Diverse Role Hiring: Hire for roles ranging from entry-level candidates to experienced recruiters and Director-level positions, including operational support roles.
- Target Achievement: Desire to overachieve set weekly and monthly hiring targets.
- Job Promotion: Promote positions on our company website, LinkedIn, and other job boards, and create a personal brand by posting regular updates to your network.
- Market Mapping: Systematically map markets to identify key players in each core area, approaching candidates using headhunting techniques.
- Strategic Advising: Advise on hiring strategy by understanding the current market and spotting trends.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers on their recruitment needs and talent attraction strategies.
- Process Management: Manage multiple internal recruitment processes and continuously seek areas for improvement.
- Onboarding: Be part of the onboarding process for all new hires.
- Referral Generation: Generate referrals from new and existing employees.
- Campaign Development: Work with marketing to develop and execute hiring campaigns.
- Reporting: Report hiring information and data to the senior leadership team.
- Project Contribution: Contribute to ad-hoc projects to improve hiring or the Talent Acquisition function.
Qualifications:
- Team player, highly motivated, goal-driven, and solutions-oriented.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or as a 360-recruiter looking to transition into a Talent Acquisition role.
- Desire to achieve high levels of success within LHi Group.
