Overview


Position Duties:

  • Evaluate recruitment and selection criteria to ensure compliance with professional and testing standards and recommend changes where necessary;
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for both candidates and clients, from candidate sourcing and interviewing, to negotiating and making job offers, and dealing with post-interview matters;
  • Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using a wide variety of resources such as computer databases, online recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs and employee referrals;
  • Establish and develop the recruitment brand strategy for the SciPro practice by leveraging knowledge of the clients, partners, and professionals to drive business and revenue growth;
  • Utilize data and insight to support and develop the business development strategy to retain clients and win new business in line with the company’s aims and objectives;
  • Communicate and discuss with management about business critical items and internal challenges, such as performance-related issues and candidate short market, and support consultants through these challenges;
  • Produce budgets, performance reports and accurate forecasting taking into consideration local contributions and personnel costs to inform commercially and financially sound decision making;
  • Maintain, develop and manage a portfolio of strategically important accounts, developing a contact base for the Life Sciences market;
  • Work with other consultants to optimise cross selling opportunities;
  • Utilize advanced networking skills, both digitally and by attending industry events, seminars, client hosted events and socials to widen candidate and client pool.

 

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field plus two years of full-time work experience in occupations involving Recruitment consulting, Business, Technology or related occupations.

 

Special Requirments - Experience to include:

1) Experience using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems within the recruitment consultancy field, including Itris;

2) Experience working with analytics software, including Cube19;

3) Experience of sourcing and placing professionals within the international Technology market (on a contract basis);

4) Experience in account management for large, international technology organizations;

5) New business development and maintaining relationships with key clients.

 

Rate of Pay 

$110,000 to $115,000 per year
