The opportunity:
This is the opportunity to join as a Recruitment Consultant with LHi Group, voted as the number one recruitment company in the UK to work for.
We are looking for someone to join our London office within our Cyber security team, focusing on the DACH region.
Not only are you joining a booming market with lucrative fees, but a high performing team of 5 that were all promoted last year, with everyone contributing and achieving billing targets.
What the role includes:
This is an opportunity to build out and own a DACH market from day 1, with potential to create your own team in the future!
It’s not a small feat, but there will be massive amounts of recognition with this role as you will be spearheading Cyber Europe from day 1, on the perm side in London. Another benefit is that you aren’t set on a particular country within the DACH region, and you are able to flex on where you see the most potential – we want to work with you to make it a success!
Who we’re looking for:
· Prior recruitment experience
· Proven record of generating new business
· Commercial Acumen (understanding & experience of negotiating rebate periods, terms, strategy sourcing)
· Good human who is driven and passionate about success

· Competitive base salary starting at £30,000 (negotiable depending on experience) with uncapped, no threshold commission
