Hot off the Press: LHi makes the global top 100 Most Loved Workplaces®
LHi Group is thrilled to announce that we’re on the global Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® list, certified by Newsweek. This recognition highlights our commitment to creating a positive work environment and offering amazing opportunities for our employees.
After achieving notable rankings on both the US and UK lists in 2023, we aimed even higher this year, going global and ranking 41st on this year's global Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® list. This achievement further enhances our standing and reaffirms our dedication to fostering an exceptional workplace culture worldwide.

The results were determined after surveying more than two million employees from businesses with workforces varying in size from 30 to more than 10,000. Newsweek’s ranking of the Most Loved Workplaces highlights companies that put respect, caring, and appreciation for their employees at the centre of their business model, earning the loyalty and respect of their people.
The list was created with the Best Practice Institute (BPI), a leadership development center. BPI conducted thorough research to identify the management practices that lead to employee motivation and satisfaction, and documented the strong link between worker satisfaction and productivity. Based on that research, BPI measured five key areas via surveys to determine how employees feel about where they work to create the Most Loved Workplaces list:
- The level of collaboration at the firm
- How positive workers are about their future at the company
- How much employer values align with employee values
- Respect at all levels
- Career achievement
The ranking reflects feedback from employees who shared what they love most about working at LHi Group. Clodagh Quigg, Recruitment Consultant, said, "What I love most about LHi Group is definitely the people."
